CANCELLATION POLICY

We deeply value your time and look forward to our appointments together! Because last-minute openings are extremely difficult to fill, our cancellation and rescheduling policy applies strictly to all changes—including illness, family emergencies, and unexpected circumstances. When an appointment is booked, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Enforcing this policy allows us to protect our schedule and compensate for unrecoverable time. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you so much for your understanding and support of our small business! If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as early as possible. Thank you for your support!
